Sorry we are unable to respond to emergency situations. Sadly we just don't have the capacity.

No not under any circumstances. We just don't have the man power or funds to be able to do deliveries. All of our outlets are disabled accessible and you are welcome to send someone to collect on your behalf.

Roughly 7-8 days worth of either wet or dry, cat or dog food based on a medium sized animal. Food is randomly assigned from the stock the outlet has.

No, we can only provide what we have been given. We distribute the food across many outlets and try to make sure they have a mix of brands and dietary requirements.

We do not supply puppy or kitten food on request, we only supply what we have donated in order not to waste it. We do not wish to support people getting pets they can not afford. 

No. We would like to think if you got a kitten or puppy you thought about how you were going to provide for them over their lifetime. We are not here to provide lifetime support for an animal. 

We like to promote sensible pet ownership, so we only provide for one pet per household. Sounds a little unfair but we quite often get asked for food for entire menageries of pets or people lie about the amount of pets they have in order to scam more food from us.

Receiving benefits does not mean automatic entitlement and you do not need to be on benefits to receive pet food in a crisis. We are happy to help people who are working but struggling, we know times are tough and we are here to help.

We are very sorry if there is not an outlet near you, we are working improving our coverage of South Wales as best we can but we are a small charity struggling to get sufficient support to help us.

No, we do not give out pet food from the warehouse. Pet food is only available from our outlets.

All requestes for pet food are dealt with via our outlets to enable us to help as many people as possible. As a tiny charity with big aims we don't have the time or facilities to offer these services. We do try to reply as much as possible but we are getting inundated with requests for information that is already available,  everything you need is here somewhere on our webpage. 

Please see our collection of donation bins on the front page. We are working to put more donation bins out. If its a very large donation please contact us to arrange a collection were possible.

We are based in Barry, but have outlets across South Wales. 

We advertise our pop up shop days and times in advance on Facebook and Twitter. 

We don't have opening hours as such, we operate 9-5 Monday to Friday. 

Please note that the warehouse is not maned unless previously advertised.
